Honestly, I was really hoping Mike Judge would not succumb to the reunion shit. I love Judge!!!!! and I am a hypocrite for I would go to the show. I just wish somethings could be left to legend, so to speak. Who do we have left for hold outs Minor Threat and Born Against!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?

  2. x163x Says:

    No apologies

  3. Chris Says:

I really thought/hoped Judge would never get back together. Oh well.

  4. Tim Says:

the original altercation, or did some new band come along and use the name without doing their homework?

  5. ShayKM Says:

Having lived through the best years of HC – in my humble opinion – I welcome the “reunion shit”. I saw Judge back in the day and am happy that kids – young and old – now have the same chance. It is really simple-minded to hope that bands DON’T get together and play good music again! I sometimes think that the anti-reunion crowd just likes the idea of “keeping punk elite”. There is no club, nor membership, nor rules, nor gatekeepers!

    Enjoy the show!

  6. Tito Says:

I don’t think it’s about keeping it elite, but more about keeping it about something other than nostalgia. For me, hardcore is nothing without the integrity and passion. Take that away and you basically have the underground’s version of an oldies circuit. This isn’t exciting or even related to why I was drawn to HC in the first place. Let the new bands carry the torch. I would have rather never seen Bad Brains live than have them be reduced to a Hot Sauce brand.

  7. Daniel Says:

“There is no club, nor membership, nor rules, nor gatekeepers”. If only that were true!!! How many crews existed!??! I guess its great that old folk and children a like can now see Black Flag,Crass,Germs,Judge,Chain of Strength,Amebix,Stooges, dead Kennedy’s, dys, etc. etc..or at least see shells of what these bands once were. I respect all of these bands just wish most of them could leave their legacy be.

  8. shiningforce83 Says:

hope they do a west coast show

  9. ShayKM Says:

@ Tito… I just wish I had my own hot sauce brand!

Like I said, enjoy the show!

  10. og. Rudy Says:

Yup. The Og. Altercation crew from 1987 N.Y.H.C. ~ as close to the realness as you can get in 2013. Sing along & Enjoy the show! btw. Who doesn’t like Hot sauce!

  11. cargawar Says:

You guys get all the fun & good stuff… Stop bitchin’ please. I never got to see Judge play back in the days. I had to settle with Judge-lite about 3 years ago. If I had the money I’d fly that 3,000 miles to go see Judge in 2013.
    Have fun everyone.
    Great to see Mike again.
Judge gave me the best of times.
